Bethany Church is looking for a Youth Pastor who will build upon, strengthen, and grow our current youth program of 30-35 students. Applicants should have a passion for working with students; an ability to genuinely relate to and challenge them to grow deeper in their faith; an aptitude for leading both people and tasks; and a calling to pastoral ministry. The Youth Pastor will help build relationships with these middle school and high school students and their parents that will strengthen their faith in Jesus and commitment to the church.
Bethany Church is located in Thomas, Oklahoma, about 75 miles west of the Oklahoma City area. We are an active, multi-generational, congregation of 100-150 known for our warm, welcoming community, and our vision to reach outside our walls into Thomas. This is a full-time position. Along with the financial remuneration, the church supplies a 3-bedroom, 2-bath parsonage, with utilities paid.
