Youth Director

Lakewood United Methodist Church, North Little Rock, AR, seeks a part-time Youth Director. Lakewood UMC is a vibrant congregation with an established youth ministry in the heart of the Little Rock metro area with multiple worship services and opportunities for discipleship. The ideal candidate can work with the church staff and congregation to create a sustainable approach to youth ministry and has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. The opportunity exists for this position to become full-time with growth in the youth program. Qualifications include a passion for youth ministry and discipleship, leading and building a team of volunteers, good relational skills with adults and youth, and a commitment to Wesleyan doctrine and theology.
