Music and Creative Lead

• We are looking for a lead person who can create a dynamic and diverse worship experience for a church in the bay area.

• Define the sound, look, and creative expression of TFH Worship

• Update audition system effective for virtual auditions where we can catalog and assess each individual where he or she may be in skill level.

• Work with staff and Volunteers to onboard new volunteers.

• Build a band that consists of a team of volunteers dedicated to the vision of the house and its leadership

• Instruct worship leaders on PCO workflow and effective communication through PCO

• Create setlists with worship leaders at least two weeks in advance

• Send the setlist and flow to the team at least one week in advance.

• Integrate into team building and culture talks (via an in-person gathering or zoom call)
