We are looking for a lead person who can create a dynamic and diverse worship experience for a church in the bay area.
Define the sound, look, and creative expression of TFH Worship
Update audition system effective for virtual auditions where we can catalog and assess each individual where he or she may be in skill level.
Work with staff and Volunteers to onboard new volunteers.
Build a band that consists of a team of volunteers dedicated to the vision of the house and its leadership
Instruct worship leaders on PCO workflow and effective communication through PCO
Create setlists with worship leaders at least two weeks in advance
Send the setlist and flow to the team at least one week in advance.
Integrate into team building and culture talks (via an in-person gathering or zoom call)
