Pastor (Director) of Worship and Creative Arts

Redwood Chapel is a growing church of approximately 500 congregants in the San Francisco East Bay Area seeking to fill an important leadership position with a passionate, spiritually mature, and team-oriented leader to help shape the Christ-centered worship life of our church community. Our mission is to Make and Mature Disciples of Jesus.

This individual will oversee worship and creative elements for Sunday morning services and direct worship for youth gatherings while investing in volunteers and developing the next generation of musicians and worship leaders. All applicants must agree with Redwood Chapel’s statements of faith.

Redwood Chapel’s mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ. We do this through our vision statement which is “Bringing the Light and Life of the Gospel to Our Community through Gospel Communities, Strong Families, Strategic Partnerships, and Ridiculous Generosity.” Our Sunday morning schedule includes community small groups for kids, students, and adults meeting at 9:30am. This leads into a multi-generational worship service starting at 11am. During the service, we also have nursery and pre-K classes, and Kid’s church for elementary aged kids.
