Youth/Family Pastor

Christian Family Fellowship (CFF) of Canon City, CO is searching for the man that God would lead to become our Associate Pastor of Youth and Family. CFF is a non-charismatic, inter-denominational body of believers, navigating all the twists and turns of life together as we seek to follow our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Our desire is to be a positively focused community of believers who will participate in dynamic and relevant worship, develop productive relationships and care for the needs of people, discover and prepare for our ministry opportunities, and reach a new generation with the Gospel of Christ.

The Associate Pastor of Youth and Family should be a man committed to following Jesus Christ and desiring to help lead, shepherd and serve a church by overseeing the discipleship and spiritual training of their youth and families. He will have a passion for teaching and discipling the youth of the church and for supporting, encouraging and educating families in all stages of life. Our preferred candidate would have a minimum of a BA degree in a theological course of study and a minimum of five years of Youth and Family experience. Our preferred candidate would also have the ability to preach.

The salary for this position is $57,600 per year.
