Associate Pastor of Latino Ministries

The Associate Pastor will work closely alongside our Lead Pastor in fulfilling Morris Evangelical Church’s mission of Investing in People to Experience Christ’s Transforming Power Together. The primary area of responsibility of the Associate Pastor will be the care and shepherding of our Latino ministry. Other responsibilities include assisting the Senior Pastor, working with the Elder Board and other areas as needed.

Morris Evangelical Church is a healthy, growing, multi-generational church in West Central Minnesota. Average attendance is 350, with two morning services and a Spanish-speaking service. The staff includes a full-time lead pastor, associate pastor/Latino pastor, worship pastor, part-time children’s ministry director and administrative assistant. The church is fiscally sound with no outstanding

debt. The leadership boards and staff are working harmoniously and have recently completed a Vision 2020 under our mission, “Investing in People to Experience Christ’s Transforming Power Together.” Our emphasis is on our people to live out the Gospel by investing in someone within their sphere of influence.
