Job Description – Senior Pastor

Greater New Salem Missionary Baptist Church was founded in 1961 to provide Christian education, spiritual development, and community outreach to those in need. Our current church body consists of less than one hundred members attending in person or online.

We are looking for a Senior Pastor who will foster an environment of love and support according to scripture, to members and nonmembers alike. In addition, one who can grow the congregation, youth, and young adults’ membership.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

As Senior Pastor you will develop ministerial staff to help lead in the growth and development of ministering to the church and community. To focus on youth and young adult ministries. To build spirit-filled leaders capable of leading with confidence and conviction through Christian education.
