·        Status: Non-Exempt/ Full Time Job Grade

·        Hiring Range: ~$50,000 per year

WHO WE ARE


The Bridge is part of Revive Church Colorado located at 8270 W. 80th Avenue, Arvada, CO. Physically, The Bridge is a 115,000 square foot mixed use center owned by Revive Church. The Vision for The Bridge is the peace and prosperity of our city through a community in which motivated individuals and families have practical access to the resources they need to thrive. The concept for The Bridge is to create a purpose-driven ecosystem designed to 1) offer mission-driven organizations an affordable, attractive, collaborative location to deliver services to the community, and 2) provide the community with access to a variety of resources and services aimed at helping vulnerable and motivated individuals/families transcend poverty — all in a convenient, inviting, single physical location. Current Bridge partners include Lionheart Children’s Academy, Global Thrift, Haven’s Hope, Packs of Hope, Colorado Foundation for Conductive Education, the Primary Purpose Club, and a Food Pantry. Future Bridge partners include CrossPurpose (workforce development) and BeyondHome (affordable housing for hard-working families leading to self-reliance). The Bridge will add more partners as the community invites it to help provide additional services and based in part on information gathered by the Bridge Reference Director.

 

POSITION SUMMARY


The Bridge is seeking an individual with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills and a passion for serving the community of Arvada and surrounding areas, particularly people in economically, relationally, or spiritually vulnerable situations. The Bridge Reference Director (“BRD”) will manage the day-to-day relationships between The Bridge and its tenant-partners, as well as its trusted partners located near The Bridge. The BRD will serve as a reference point for guests, the public, potential tenant partners, volunteers, and potential donors/investors of The Bridge. Being intimately familiar with The Bridge’s Vision and Mission, and with the services provided by Bridge tenant-partners as well as by trusted partners of The Bridge (“Bridge Partners”), the BRD will provide personal introductions (“warm hand-offs”) to guests and Bridge Partners as appropriate. The BRD will help collect information from guests to help determine which additional services are most needed/desired by the community, and particularly by people in vulnerable situations. This individual will be responsible for accuracy in data collection, data entry and reporting of program data and service outcomes. The BRD will analyze data to assist The Bridge’s leadership team in making informed strategic program decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Leadership

o Coordinates services and communications with Bridge internal and external Partners

o Serves as a liaison between the Bridge Director and Bridge Partners

 

• Outreach, Enrollment and Operations

o Maintains a strong understanding of programs, services, and programming offered at The Bridge as well as at trusted partners of The Bridge

o Provides personal introductions (“warm handoffs”) between Bridge guests and Bridge Partners to help Bridge Partners serve guests as effectively as possible by matching guests’ needs with services offered by Bridge Partners

o Helps to recruit and coordinate volunteers fo staff the Reference Hub and to fill volunteer roles with partners

o Identify and build relationships with Bridge trusted partners who provide services desired by Bridge guests but not provided by Bridge tenants

o Accurately collects and enters data from guests to determine what additional services should be offered by Bridge Partners and to track the most sought-after services and to report program data and service outcomes.

o Analyze data to assist leadership in making informed strategic program and Partner decisions

o Work with cross functional team to help determine, develop, and implement innovative techniques to promote the Bridge’s programs and services in the northwest Denver metro area

o Build processes that meet The Bridge’s program objectives and ensures compliance

o Work proactively and collaboratively to help prepare Partner action plans as necessary

o Conduct initial interview and screening of guests inquiring about services offered by Bridge Partners

o Communicate the Vision and Mission of The Bridge to the public, potential Bridge Partners, volunteers, donors, and investors in response to inquiries from prospective participants

o Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach and volunteer recruitment efforts in meeting enrollment goals

o Track participant information for reporting and assist with evaluation of program outcomes (impact measurement)

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

o Community organization experience and participation (PTA, neighborhood association, etc.)

o 1-4 years of progressive experience in program coordination, outreach, enrollment, or operations or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with social work experience a plus

o Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit, or related field, a plus

o Bilingual in English and Spanish, a plus

o Highly knowledgeable of Microsoft Office programs

o Proven experience building a team of volunteers

o Prior nonprofit experience working with low income and diverse populations, a plus

o Availability for flexible schedule with occasional evening and weekend work
