Kingwood Church (kingwoodchurch.com), in suburban Birmingham, Alabama, is seeking a rising leader to join our team. The profile of an ideal candidate for this role is a credentialed Assembly of God minister with 2 years of full time ministry experience. Possessing a bachelor’s degree that brings specific value to this role is preferred. The role involves leading the Youth and 20s Ministries of Kingwood Church. As Youth and 20s Pastor, you will be providing leadership for a weekly youth service and monthly 20s service, planning and leading annual events, and developing students and adult leaders. A leader likely to flourish in this role will possess enthusiasm for developing teams, cultivating relationships, training leaders, connecting with Generation Z, and teaching.
