Worship Pastor

The Worship Pastor position is a full-time role reporting to the Senior Pastor and responsible for overseeing the Worship Ministry of the church, including weekly worship leading in service, service planning, and volunteer recruitment and development. This role partners with the Senior Pastor to advance the mission of the church: To Glorify God by making disciples of Jesus Christ who love God and love people.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and develop musicians, vocalists and leaders for worship, production, and other ministries.

• Maintain worship team schedules (including rehearsal)

• Assist in establishing and maintaining Worship/Production budget

• Manage equipment necessary for Worship/Production teams

• Enhance and expand upon the team’s song list and arrangements

• Establish set-lists for all services and special events

• Maintain compliance with music and video copyright laws and licensing

• Other duties as assigned
