Worship Minister and Youth or Children

Church plant is looking to hire a worship leader. Because of our size, for this to be a full-time position, additional ministry responsibilities will be part of the job depending on the gifts, experience and passion of the staff member. Possibilities and needs of the church: Youth Ministry, Kids Ministry, Website/Marketing/Social Media, etc

Worship Minister will be responsible to ...

Plan and lead worship at all services.

Recruit and develop additional singers and musicians.

Be proficient and able to train in Worship/Presenter software.

Lead AV ministry/team.

Assist Pastors in pastoral duties.

Other responsibilities in fitting with secondary ministry responsibility.

Job Qualifications:

Born again, Spirit-filled Disciple of Jesus.

A calling and passion to lead worship.

Experience leading worship

Play a musical instrument well.

Expertise in Worship planning and presentation software.

Understanding of AV equipment, sounds systems, acoustics, lighting, projection.

Teachable and humble

A team player.
