Associate Pastor of Worship and Media
Trinity Baptist Church, Apopka, FL
About Our Church
Trinity Baptist Church is a multi-generational church full of some of the best people you’ll ever meet! With prayer and excitement, we are seeking an Associate Pastor of Worship and Media to join our team. This person must have a passion for worship, the local church and connecting with families. He needs to be able to effectively lead worship in a multi-generational setting as well as be relational, outgoing, organized and teachable. Likewise, he should be motivated to serve Jesus under the leadership of our Senior Pastor.
Trinity Baptist Church was established in 1961 with a handful of families that laid a foundation of service, commitment and love. Today, we have around 250 active members made up of a wide range of ages and backgrounds. We have a combined desire to reach our community and the next generation of families for Jesus! TBC is a casual “come as you are” congregation that follows a blended style of worship. We have a talented choir, an experienced orchestra, a flourishing Senior Adult Ministry and an active Student Ministry. In 2024, our focus is to RENEW our walk with Christ through our Posture, our Obedience, and our Worship (Psalm 51:10).
Applying for the position of Associate Pastor of Worship and Media means seeking to join a body of believers who understand that we have been called to be “A light in the city that cannot be hidden” (Matthew 5:14). In applying, you will have prayerfully considered the qualifications of Biblical leadership (2 Timothy, Titus) and affirm the Baptist Faith and Message 2000. Your application asserts your confidence in leading the musical components of an orchestra, choir and praise team, as well as the capability of incorporating technology into Worship. We pray you have a passion about presenting the Gospel, and your love of the Lord through every opportunity.
