Worship Director -$400 Weekly

We’re looking for a strong Christian to lead Worship at our church under the direction of our Senior Pastor. Worship is an integral part of Cypress Creek Church. The Worship Leader exercises an important ministry that reaches out to the band and vocalists, members of the congregation, and the community. You must have a heart of worship.

We are a thriving church in the Lutz/Wesley Chapel/New Tampa area with a membership of 500+. We currently have a band and vocalists but need a new worship leader.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-This is a part-time, paid position and can be transitioned into a full-time position as the church builds and continues to grow. We are currently meeting in a school in Wesley Chapel and currently building a new 23,000 sq ft worship center in Lutz Florida.

You will be required to:

-Lead Worship for the church vocally and play an instrument (your instrument is not required for Sunday leading)

-Have at least two year’s experience on a worship team

-Work Sundays with two services at 9:30A 11:15A

-Lead a weekly rehearsal with the vocalists

-Oversee and implement all things on Multi-Tracks for worship team (will train if not familiar)

-Schedule musicians and vocalists for all services through Multi-Tracks

-Work with Multi-Tracks for each song

-Choose, prepare, and organize the songs to do for weekend services

-Attend weekly Staff Meeting
