Vineyard Church in Grafton, WI, is seeking a high energy person with a passion for serving children, and helping them become lifelong followers of Jesus. This person will oversee and manage our Nursery and Children’s ministries. They are responsible for the planning and administration of these ministries, and for recruiting, training, and managing the volunteers who serve our children. They will also participate in creating and providing resources and support for parents. The position will require about 25 hours/week, with flexible scheduling.
The ideal person for this position will have training and experience in children’s ministry, with strong organizational, communication, teaching, administrative, and volunteer management skills. They must work well in a highly collaborative team environment. A relevant BS/BA degree and a background in education is highly desirable.
Vineyard Church is a healthy, growing community, with an average Sunday attendance of about 120 and a total membership of about 180. We are located in Grafton, WI, on the northern edge of the Milwaukee metro area.
