Youth Pastor

Our church is looking for a youth pastor to candidate who has the drive and dedicated passion to make disciples of Jesus by growing and raising up the next generation of Christ followers. We believe that the candidate should display Biblical leadership qualities, be able to communicate clearly and effectively to not only the students but the parents as well, be able to manage a team of volunteers, and be committed to the spiritual growth of the youth and their parents together.

YOUTH PASTOR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Teaching and preaching to the youth of the church.

• Primary organizer of student small groups for both Middle/High School.

• Actively engaging with and planning events for the youth.

• Invest in the lives of students outside of regular planned church activities.

• Oversee sound/lights and video of the student ministry department.

• Identify, invite, train and empower leaders to be a part of the stand ministry

• Overseeing and leading a group of volunteers.

• Working closely with the parents of the youth.

• Willing to learn computer programs (Planning Center, ProPresenter, etc.)

• Further the vision of the church by helping in any other areas needed.
