Next Generation Pastor

Ready to be a part of rapid growing church?

First Baptist Bethalto, IL is searching for a Next Generation Pastor to lead our students and oversee our children’s dept. Our church family averages 325-350 people on Sundays with 80-85 of those being students/kids. Since December 2020, we have seen over 315 people saved, 125 people baptized, 140 people join our church family, and 86 of our own people have led others to saving faith in Christ as God is on the move with us!!!

As we are rapidly growing, we need a Next Generation Pastor to tap into our relationships (coaches, teachers, school administrators) we have inside our church and our community to Make Disciples here @ First then there with our Next Generation dept.
