Campus Worship Leader

This position is at our Cleburne location. StoneWater Church - We are a multi-site church. The Campus Worship Leader gives oversight to all worship experiences. We want our leaders to spread the good news of the Gospel of Christ and champion the SWC DNA through weekend services and other events. They will use music to draw people into the presence of God through powerful worship, lead and shepherd worship groups, oversee the implementation of planned services, and communicate effectively with needed volunteers.

We realize this is a part-time position, and because of that we create space for the person to have an additional stream of income as needed. We are not looking for a seasoned veteran, but rather a young guy who has heart and is ready for opportunity and to gain experience. You will be developed by the StoneWater Executive Pastor of Worship and the Central staff, and you will serve alongside Brad Reedy, our Cleburne Campus Pastor.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee worship at the Campus

• Work closely with the Campus Pastor, Executive Pastor of Worship, Granbury Worship Leader, Campus Production group leader to accomplish ministry goals

• Recruit, build and equip new teams and members by shepherding their hearts and their skills

• Be part of on-boarding new team members

• Help the worship team musical development\

• Planning and Leading Worship

• Schedule worship teams for weekends and events

• If needed, oversee implementation of worship software used for services (Ex: Ableton) along with the Production leader

We are multisite church with 6 campuses. Our original/broadcast campus is in Granbury, TX, and is our largest. We have additional campuses in Cleburne, Glen Rose, Tolar, Godley, and Snyder ranging in size from just under 200 to over 500. We exist to reach people with the life-changing message of Jesus Christ and equip them to be committed disciple makers of Him. Our calling is to reach men, equip families, and to plant churches. We want to do whatever we can to reach people, so we get creative in how we do that. Jesus said that He came for those who are sinners, not the righteous. At StoneWater, we want to connect people to Jesus, especially the unchurched, de-churched and the poorly churched. We want to disciple those who come to faith as well. Our worship gatherings through services, groups, and serving reflect these goals, and we are looking for people to join us on the team as we pursue the Jesus.
