The Small Groups Director is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the church’s small group ministry. You are responsible for ensuring that the congregation is “finding their people” and creating spiritual families through a strong, healthy, and growing small group ministry. This includes development and execution of an annual growth plan, group leader identification and recruitment, small group curriculum, semi-annual small group engagement campaigns, and ongoing enlistment, development, and coaching of small group leaders.
The win for this role is a consistently growing number of small groups, small group membership, and small group leaders, such that being part of a small group spiritual family is ingrained in the DNA of the church.
