At Oasis, the worship experience is crucial for creating an environment where individuals can engage with the Word of God, respond to the Holy Spirit, and encounter new life in Christ. Our Sunday services are designed to be more than a musical performance; they are intended to be a fresh, weekly encounter with God.
Oasis Church has seen tremendous growth in the last 5 years, growing to an average attendance of over 800 every weekend. We have embarked on a brand new building project and have just completed our first phase, which is our new offices and chapel. We are now getting ready to start on phase two, which is a new sanctuary and lobby area that will seat 800 people. We are looking for someone that is sensitive to the Holy Spirit, but also aware of current trends in worship and worship ministry.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled vocalist and musician with a strong commitment to musical excellence. This individual should view themselves as a pastor in addition to being an artist. They must be relational, passionate in their leadership, and dedicated to shepherding and developing others. Valuing teamwork and collaboration, they should lead primarily through influence rather than directive.
