POSITION SUMMARY
In collaboration with the campus Worship Leader/Pastor, this role involves recruiting, overseeing, and developing a volunteer Production Team for worship services and events. Responsibilities include managing technical elements such as sound engineering, lighting, and media, and serving as the primary technician for an assigned campus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Recruiting and Training (E4, W/M): In collaboration with the campus Worship Leader/Pastor, recruit, oversee, and develop a Production Team of volunteers for worship services and events, including sound technicians, lighting technicians, video technicians, and other volunteers as needed.
- Event Planning and Participation (W/M, GC): Participate in evaluating, planning, and gathering resources for ministry events as needed, ensuring a collaborative approach to event execution.
- Equipment Maintenance (RW): Ensure the proper care and maintenance of all lighting, sound, video, and related equipment, promptly reporting any issues back to the Production Ministries Director.
- Systems Support (E4): Assist the Production Systems Technician with installing, maintaining, and updating production systems across all campuses to enhance overall functionality.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in audio/video/lighting production or a related field is preferred.
- Consideration will be given to candidates having a minimum of five (5) years experience (preferred) and demonstrated proficiency in the field.
Experience:
- The preferred candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years experience (preferred) of professional experience in live event production. This will include proficiency in concert sound, lighting, computers and video.
Knowledge, skills, and gifts:
- Technical Skills: Exhibit excellent skills in concert/theater lighting and live sound engineering. Basic knowledge of Renewed Vision’s ProPresenter.
- Independence and Communication: Ability to work independently with efficiency, effectiveness, and composure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities to manage work assignments effectively. Excellent organizational and interpersonal relational skills.
- Recruitment and Development: Ability to recruit, train, and develop volunteers as an essential part of this position.
