Worship Music Leader

One Kingdom Church is seeking to hire a part-time Worship Music Leader. The Music Leader is expected to plan and lead the music for worship experiences, primarily on Sundays, in coordination and consultation with the Pastor. The Music leader may recruit and include other musicians and singers to participate in worship services. The expected time commitment for the Music Leader is 6-10 hours per week, (3 of the hours to be on Sundays). The Music Leader should be capable of leading in contemporary Christian songs and hymns. The expected pay range is between $8000 to $10000 per year with four Sundays off per year. The Worship Music Leader should embody the biblical servant leadership qualities of integrity, humility, flexibility, resilience, stewardship, empathy, faith, hope, and love of God and neighbor.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire worship teams

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and engagement

• Experience in teaching music or worship techniques

• Background in music performance or education is preferred

• Ability to create a positive and inclusive worship environment
