Job Description

Coordinate/ perform using custodial staff, all maintenance, janitorial and security functions.

Prepare custodial schedules and facility setups.

Communicate daily concerns and problems relating to property management to Administrator.

Identify building and equipment problems and failures. Troubleshoot problems, make the necessary minor repairs, and recommend action for major repairs.

Schedule and perform preventative maintenance.

Maintain parts and supply inventories.

Manage budget for building and maintenance areas.

Coordinate work of outside technicians, service personnel and contractors.

Perform other related work as assigned by the Administrator.

Will be on call for emergency repairs and facility security situations.
