Kids Minister

Do you have a passion for leading children's ministries and fostering parent-child discipleship within a vibrant and welcoming church community like CyLife Church? The Kids Minister role is your opportunity to shape the vision and execution of the children's ministries, guided by the mission of making and sending disciples who love and live like Jesus. Working under the guidance of the NextGen Pastor, you will focus on ministry development, leadership, communication, and pastoral support while nurturing children's spiritual growth and building a thriving environment for families within the church.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Developing and leading the Kids Ministry strategy of CyLife

• Equipping, resourcing and encouraging parents to be the primary disciple-makers of their kids

• Leading and equipping ministry staff, leaders and volunteers

• Maintaining clear and consistent communication channels between the kids ministry and staff, volunteers, parents and the church-at-large

• Overseeing seasonal CyLife kids events

• Providing Biblical counsel to individuals and families with children birth through 5th grade
