Associate Pastor

New Hope Baptist Church is a loving, biblically conservative church looking to reach our city and surrounding communities with the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are a medium size church located in Loveland, Ohio about 30 minutes north of Cincinnati. Our worship is generally contemporary, and our congregation is multi-generational.

The Associate Pastor will provide leadership while supporting the pastoral team in fulfilling the vision and mission of the church. The ideal candidate will be a have some theological training and experience, will adhere to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 and have a passion for training the saints and reaching the lost.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop a strategic and tactical plan for ministry to the family in keeping with the overall vision and mission of New Hope

· Recruit, train, encourage, and coordinate teams of volunteer leaders of all discipleship areas

· Train and support volunteer leaders of various discipleship ministries by meeting with leaders to discover needs and casting vision for each ministry area.

· Plan specific opportunities for targeted discipleship growth for all Families

· Work with Preschool, Children and Youth volunteer leaders to ensure weekly needs are met.

· Work with staff to ensure opportunities for all generations to worship serve together

· Work with staff to create ministry strategies to reach our community

Compensation range is based on experience and education and benefits include insurance, retirement and PTO.
