Pastor Of Discipleship and Evangelism

This Pastor will focus on the development of a comprehensive discipleship ministry for all ages under the strategy of Truth, Grace, Love, and Mission. They would lead, supervise and coordinate the age group staff and their ministry areas. They would also help create a culture of evangelism in all areas of the church. They would gather guest information and connect them into the life of the church toward membership. He will perform other duties as assigned.

FBCLC is located in the Knoxville area in Loudon County (which is the 10th fastest growing county in TN). FBCLC has two morning worship services and two hours of discipleship on Sunday morning with a worship attendance of 1,400 to 1,500. The church is very mission minded with numerous partnerships under the strategy of Acts 1:8 and locally with area schools and ministries as we reach of community for Christ. We function around our four ministry pillars of Truth, Grace, Love, and Mission.
