
The Student Minister is called to inspire and equip students (6th-12th grade) to wholeheartedly love God, actively engage in worship, connect with others in meaningful community, invest in their spiritual growth, and serve both the church and the broader community. They are responsible for creating and leading ministry environments where students and leaders encounter God’s truth and are encouraged to align their lives with His Word. The Student Minister is tasked with proclaiming the gospel of Christ and guiding students, families, and leaders to embrace their identity as new creations and ambassadors for Christ. This role involves modeling Christ-like living and teaching students and leaders to be disciples who make disciples. Additionally, the Student Minister will develop and lead opportunities for students, families, and leaders to live out their faith through mission and ministry events. The Student Minister reports to the Pastor.
