Position Summary

This full-time role combines leadership in young adult ministries, creative media, and service production. The individual will oversee all aspects of service production and creative content while serving as the Young Adult Ministries Pastor. They will lead efforts to reach and disciple young adults, including developing campus ministry groups at local universities. A strong ability to build and lead volunteer teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Young Adult Ministries: Lead and grow the Young Adult Ministry, facilitate groups, plan events and outreach initiatives, and provide pastoral care.
• Service Production Leadership: Oversee technical aspects of Sunday services (livestream, stage lighting, ProPresenter, camera operations, audio/video quality). Ensure seamless in-person and online worship experiences.
• Creative Direction: Develop and execute creative strategies for social media, video, and graphic design. Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for services and events.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and lead volunteer teams for creative, production, and young adult ministry roles. Foster a culture of excellence and spiritual growth.

Qualifications

• Degree from a ministry college or equivalent formal ministry training.
• Passion for reaching young adults with the Gospel and experience in pastoral ministry.
• Experience in creative media (photography, videography, graphic design) and service production (ProPresenter, livestream platforms, stage lighting).
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Alignment with the mission, vision, values, and beliefs of Equippers Church.
• Demonstrates a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ and models Christ-like character.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position (includes Sundays and midweek responsibilities). Salary based on experience.
