Full Time Children and Family Ministries Director

Salary: Dependent on Experience
We’re looking for a passionate director to lead and grow our children’s ministry while also supporting family discipleship, along with the Missions and Adult Discipleship Pastor. If you have a heart for guiding children in their faith journey and equipping families to nurture spiritual growth at home, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the spiritual growth of children (Pre-K through 6th grade) through engaging Bible studies, VBS, retreats, camps, mission trips, and other faith-building activities.
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring volunteers and leaders to support children’s ministry programs.
- Developing and coordinating a vibrant Sunday school program that nurtures kids in their walk with Christ.
- Supporting and ministering to children and their families, offering guidance, encouragement, and discipleship.
- Collaborating with church leadership, including the Associate Pastor and Worship Pastor, to integrate children’s education and music ministry.
- Managing the children’s ministry budget, planning resources, and ensuring effective stewardship.
- Growing personally in faith through prayer, devotion, and professional development opportunities.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have a deep love for Jesus and a calling to minister to children and families.
- Have experience in children’s ministry and leadership (formal theological education is a plus but not required).
- Are gifted in teaching, communication, and leadership, with the ability to connect with kids and adults alike.
- Have a heart for outreach and missions, helping children understand and engage in service.
- Are organized and able to plan meaningful programs that engage children and their families.
- Are willing to continue learning and growing through ministry workshops, conferences, and training.
