Job Summary:
Christian Community School (CCS), a ministry of The Church at Grace Park, is seeking a Christ-centered, visionary, and highly effective educational leader to serve as its Head of School and Chief Academic Officer. This individual will provide spiritual, academic, and operational leadership to the school while ensuring alignment with its mission, vision, and biblical values. The Head of School will oversee the school’s strategic growth, faculty development, governance, financial sustainability, and community engagement while fostering a culture of excellence in Christian education.
As the chief executive and spiritual leader of CCS, the Head of School will report to the Board of Elders, collaborate closely with faculty, staff, parents, and church leadership, and serve as the school’s primary ambassador in the broader community. This role requires an experienced, faith-driven educator who is committed to academic excellence, discipleship, and organizational leadership within a Christ-centered educational environment.
1. Spiritual & Mission-Driven Leadership
-Demonstrate unwavering commitment to Christ-centered education and biblical values.
-Serve as the spiritual leader of CCS, fostering a culture of discipleship, integrity, and biblical worldview.
-Model Christlike character, servant leadership, and the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23).
-Partner with the church leadership to ensure alignment with CCS mission and vision.
2. Academic & Operational Leadership
-Oversee faculty, curriculum, and student development to ensure academic excellence in a biblical framework.
-Implement policies, manage accreditation, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
-Lead strategic initiatives, faculty development, and operational excellence.
-Maintain and enhance school facilities, safety protocols, and technological integration.
3. Governance & Financial Stewardship
-Provide strategic leadership in financial planning, donor development, and resource stewardship.
-Collaborate with the CCS School Committee, ensuring transparency and effective governance.
-Oversee budgeting, fundraising, and long-term sustainability efforts.
-Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards while upholding ethical integrity.
4. Community & Stakeholder Engagement
-Serve as the primary ambassador for CCS, strengthening relationships with families, donors, and the local community.
-Foster a collaborative school culture with strong parent engagement and open communication.
-Represent CCS in media, public relations, and external partnerships.
-Engage in student life, chapels, and school events to reinforce school values and relational investment.

With 200+ kids in the Preschool, 340+ students in K-12, and another 350+ students under our homeschool umbrella, we are passionate about training up the next generation.
Grace Park is in revitalization mode. We are in a growth posture after just becoming debt-free as a church on January 1, 2025. We are in the middle of master planning with Visioneering Studios. We are seeking our next Head of Schools to take our school to the next level as the church and school grow stronger together.
