Senior/Lead Pastor

The ideal candidate for this position must be an ordained Baptist minister, possessing a minimum of three years of significant experience in ministry, including expertise in church administration (e.g., Assistant Pastor, Executive Pastor, Associate Minister, Ministry Leader, etc.). The candidate should display a genuine passion for God, as well as a Christ-like spirit, as evidenced by his personal and professional life. He must possess the ability to prepare and deliver sermons that are biblically sound, stimulating, inspirational, and Spirit-filled, as well as demonstrate a proficiency for Bible-based teaching. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, pastoral care capabilities, and strong visionary leadership with sound judgment and discernment. He should also possess effective communication skills, demonstrate financial awareness and responsibility, and exhibit the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse congregation. Additionally, the candidate should possess effective administration skills, with the ability to organize and lead the church staff.
