Worship Pastor

Position Summary:

We’re looking for a Worship Pastor who is passionate about helping people experience the presence of God through powerful, Spirit-filled worship. At Radiant Church, worship isn’t just about music—it’s about creating life-changing moments that draw people closer to Jesus.

As our Worship Pastor, you’ll lead and shepherd worship teams, oversee all aspects of planning and execution for our worship services, and champion Radiant’s DNA of creative, authentic worship. You’ll build strong relationships with staff, volunteers, and musicians while inspiring and equipping others to use their gifts for God’s glory.

·       You connect with people from the stage and in everyday conversations—relational, inspiring, and clear.

·       You support the Lead Pastor in sharing our church’s message with excellence.  

4.     A Builder of Teams and Leaders.


·       You thrive in leading teams—selecting, equipping, and aligning people to build a community of people who live radiant lives.

·       You’re a professional-level musician and passionate about developing others musically and spiritually.

·       You empower and release serve team members to use their gifts with confidence.

Specific Pastoral Job Duties 

Create Engaging & Dynamic Worship Experiences That Glorify God.

·       Lead teams in crafting worship services that align with Radiant’s culture and vision.

·       Guide the creative and spiritual direction of music, ensuring every service draws people into God’s presence.

·       Arrange and chart music when needed and support others in developing their own gifts.

Shepherd and Develop the Worship Community.

·       Coach and invest in musicians, vocalists, production volunteers, and other creatives.

·       Build vibrant, mission-focused communities that support one another spiritually and relationally.

·       Encourage feedback, new ideas, and a culture of gratitude for what God is doing.

Collaborate and Innovate.

·       Serve as a key leader in our Creative and Sermon Planning Team.

·       Manage the Creative Ministry team, partnering with other ministries to support their needs and elevate the worship culture at Radiant.

·       Lead the Creative Ministry Team and partner with other ministries to help worship be a vibrant part of every ministry at Radiant.

·       Participate in the Sermon Planning Teams for all locations

•Assembly of God credentials are beneficial but not required.
