Bi-Vocational Youth Director

Looking for a motivated believer ready to grow a youth ministry and build up tomorrow’s disciples.
Qualifications:
- Must be a believer and in agreement with the Baptist Faith & Message 2000
- Posses the qualities of 1 Timothy 3:1-7
Responsibilities:
- Direct and organize Sunday morning and Wednesday evening lessons and activities
- Lead volunteers
- Plan and organize youth and children’s summer camps
- Create and/or schedule additional activities such as D-Now, family nights, concerts, game nights, etc
- Be active and involved in student and community events
- Communicate plans clearly with pastor and deacons
- Be faithful in conducting personal Bible studies and looking for opportunities to grow
Compensation:
- Fully renovated 3 bed, 2 bath parsonage
- $300 weekly salary
- 3 paid weeks vacation time
- Personal church office
Coahoma is a wonderful small town located just 10 miles east of Big Spring. We are within an hour and a half drive of Lubbock, Abilene, and San Angelo.
