Considering Full-Time or Bi-Vocational Southern Baptist Pastor

Creekside Community Church, located at 4201 North Point Blvd., Dundalk, Md.

Prayerfully seeking a full-time or bi-vocational pastor who is called and gifted to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The ideal candidate will provide spiritual leadership and guidance to the congregation through faithful preaching, teaching, pastoral care and by living as a Christ-like example in all areas of ministry.

We are looking for a pastor with a heart for community outreach and discipleship, who will actively support and participate in:

Youth Ministry– encouraging and guiding the next generation in faith

Men’s and Women’s Bible Studies– fostering spiritual growth and fellowship

Homeless Outreach– demonstrating Christ’s love through local service

Elderly Visitation– caring for and encouraging our senior members

The candidate should affirm and faithfully preach in accordance with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000 edition preferred) A Master’s degree from an accredited seminary or Bible college is preferred, though candidates with a strong background in preaching and evangelism are welcome to apply. A parsonage is available to the pastor and his family.

Creekside Community Church averages 60 in weekly attendance and is a Southern Baptist congregation committed to biblical teaching, mission work and living out our faith as a family of believers.
