Youth/Worship Pastor

First Baptist Church of La Grange, Texas, is seeking a full-time youth/worship pastor to engage the next generation, grades 7 - 12, and help provide leadership to our music team. FBC La Grange is in a vibrant growth phase, averaging 175 attendees in Sunday Worship and a youth group of 30 (+) students. The church recently completed a new facility that features a dedicated youth space. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for evangelism and discipleship, management skills to oversee a healthy youth budget, and a desire to invest in students, the community, a team, and the church. The candidate should also be musically proficient (vocals and or instrument, e.g., guitar or key board). Salary and benefits range from $70,000 to $80,000.
