OVERVIEW:
Redeemer30a Church is a vibrant gospel-driven community in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, FL. It is our heart as a body to clearly declare and sacrificially display the gospel of Jesus in all areas of ministry and life. R30a is in an exciting season, as we are growing both in depth and breadth with lots of young families coming. Our hope is to find the right fit to lead our student ministry (6th-12th) as we seek to cooperatively impact our local community and global world with the gospel.
PRINCIPLE FUNCTION:
The Student Ministries Director at Redeemer30a Church will lead our shepherding efforts to middle and high school students (6th-12th) with a clear focus on making disciples who know, love, and follow Jesus. This role involves teaching the Word faithfully, building relationships with students and families, equipping leaders, and partnering with parents. We want R30a Students to be the kind of place where students want to show up, bring their friends, learn Scripture, laugh hard, and grow deeply in their faith and knowledge of Christ. Furthermore we desire that R30a Students grow to understand the purpose of the local church, and how they can play a part in what God is doing both locally and globally. Therefore, the Director will work to align the student ministry with the overall mission of R30a — to Multiply Christlike Disciples.

We are a non-denominational church planted 10 years ago in the beautiful beach context of Santa Rosa Beach FL. Our make up is largely young families (Lots of 20 somethings through 30s) with a growing number of seasoned saints as well. Currently we are renting space from a Boys and Girls club, so we set up and tear down each week right now. BUT we are actively looking for a permanent home and trust the Lord's leading in that.
