Job Title: Production Director - Broadcast Campus

Purpose: The Production Director at Alive Church's Broadcast Campus ensures seamless, high quality production for worship services and events, enhancing the worship experience and supporting the church's vision. This role has a primary focus at the Florida Mall Broadcast Campus in Orlando and also involves overseeing and implementing production systems across all campuses in Tampa and Gainesville to maintain consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 1: Production Leadership Oversight

• DUTY STATEMENT 1: Lead and manage production teams at the Broadcast Campus, including audio, lighting, video, and other technical volunteers and contractors.

• DUTY STATEMENT 2: Ensure excellence in all production elements during worship services, special events, and broadcasts.

• DUTY STATEMENT 3: Oversee all technical aspects of special events, ensuring smooth execution.

•

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 2: System Implementation Technical Management

• DUTY STATEMENT 1: Develop and implement production systems across all Alive Church campuses to ensure consistency in quality and technical standards.

• DUTY STATEMENT 2: Maintain and manage production equipment at the Broadcast Campus, providing technical training and support to teams across campuses.

• DUTY STATEMENT 3: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, staying current with industry advancements to recommend upgrades.

• DUTY STATEMENT 1: Recruit, train, and develop production team leaders and volunteers, fostering a culture of excellence.

Minimum Requirements:

•

• Experience: Degree or 5 years minimum experience in production management, preferably in a multi-campus church or large event setting.

•

• Technical Proficiency:

•

◦ Familiarity with industry-standard production equipment and software, including soundboards, lighting consoles, video switchers, and editing software.

◦ Proficiency in ProPresenter, Planning Center, and other relevant software used in worship production environments.

Audio: Allen and Heath, Waves Superrack, DANTE, Wireless Workbench

Lighting: Onyx, SACN, Capture 3D Visualizer

Video: Pro Presenter, Resolume, Blackmagic, NDI, RESI

• Skills:

◦ Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.

◦ Proficiency in audio mixing, lighting design, video production, and live streaming technology.

◦ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively.
