New Life Church in Frederick, MD, is seeking a talented and passionate Worship Pastor to oversee their worship and creative arts ministries. As the Worship Pastor, you will be responsible for implementing creative elements in the weekend services, leading and equipping a team of volunteers, and collaborating with pastoral leadership to integrate creativity into various areas of church life. Additionally, you will be involved in managing the worship team schedule, providing pastoral care for volunteers, and overseeing sound and video operations. If you are skilled in vocals, proficient in leading worship from a keyboard or guitar, and have experience with software and audiovisual equipment, they invite you to apply today.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000
