Our Youth Pastor will:  

  • Run a dynamic and exciting Youth Ministry   
  • Communicate compelling messages focused on God's Word
  • Plan and create fun and welcoming events  
  • Create leadership teams  
  • Oversee a multi-site youth ministry 
  • Oversee a intern team
  • Recruit for our Summer Camp Experience to gather and challenge students
  • Recruit and equip volunteers to serve alongside you as a team 
  • Will be passionate to engage with students both churched and unchurched
  • Participate in staff meetings, service planning, and church services/events

• Worship on the Bayou (7am Sundays, May-Sept.): A unique outdoor service blending traditional and contemporary elements in a serene setting, fostering a

deep connection with God’s creation.

Our commitment to growing in Christ extends beyond worship. We emphasize:

• Small Groups and Bible Studies: Weekly gatherings, including Wednesday night studies (5pm supper, 6pm studies), where we explore scripture, share faith,

and build community.

• Community Engagement: Through events like the Marriage Refresh Conference, The Narrow Road 5K/10K, and Christmas for the Children, we serve and

connect with our local community.

• Youth and Children’s Ministries: Programs like RISE Youth and Kingdom Kids nurture young hearts in faith, ensuring every generation grows closer to Christ.
