College Associate Minister

First Baptist Church, Covington is seeking an associate minister to give leadership to their college ministry at FBC. We are looking for a humble leader who is actively growing in a relationship with Jesus. We need a person who is passionate about this generation and who can develop leadership teams and disciple college students. We believe college ministry is one of the strategic people groups the church must reach. This position offers the opportunity to serve in a "religious region", yet abounding with gospel outreach opportunities. It also affords the opportunity to serve on a team with long tenured staff members in a large church that will help mentor and guide the candidate. Covington is located just 20 minutes from the 3rd largest college student bodies in Louisiana, many of whom are unreached for Christ. We desire a candidate with a heart full of Jesus who will commit to seeing the Kingdom come and God's will done in College students in Covington as it is in heaven.

FBC Covington is a growing church in a strategic region for gospel engagement. Strategically located on the Northshore or Lake Ponchartrain (north of New Orleans). We have around 250,000 people to reach!

We have 3 worship services, Saturday at 6:00pm and Sunday at 9:30am and 11:00am, we also encourage everyone to join a Connect Group that meet on our campus each weekend.
