The Lead Pastor shepherds and oversees the Wadsworth campus to Know Jesus, Grow in Faith, and Go do Great Things.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating, casting, and implementing a vision and direction for the Wadsworth Campus that aligns with the vision, mission, and values of Crossroads Community Church
- Building, leading, equipping, and managing staff and volunteer leadership at the Wadsworth Campus
- Preaching during the Sunday morning gatherings
- Overseeing the Sunday morning gatherings
- Meeting with people in the church to offer biblical guidance and wisdom
- Setting an example for others in evangelizing the lost and challenging the spiritually distant
- Managing the campus’s overall financial health by overseeing the budget and expenses
- Contributing as needed to other ministries, events, and pastoral responsibilities (e.g., pastoral visits, church wide events, GoServe events, etc.)
- Officiating weddings and funerals as requested

Qualifications
- Biblical qualifications for leadership as an elder/pastor (1 Tim., Titus)
- Love of God, His Word, and His people
- Minimum Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies, Christian Ministry, or similar degree
- 5+ years full-time ministry experience
- Effective discipleship, leadership, and equipping skills
- Clear and compelling preacher and teacher
- Ability to strategically plan based on the church's values and needs
- Proactive self-starter who can independently manage projects
- High degree of social skills and emotional intelligence
- Interest in leading and taking ownership of work, while working within a larger team structure
- Alignment with the beliefs, vision, mission, and values of Crossroads Community Church

Planted in 2015 by our Doylestown Campus, the Wadsworth Campus has steadily grown into a strong and healthy congregation. We currently welcome an average of 280 people every Sunday, with around 70 children(birth through 5th grade) engaging in our dynamic kids’ ministry environments.
Our church campus is located at 1055 Reimer Road and is blessed to own our buildings free of debt. Most recently, our community came together to raise over $400,000 for major roof replacements—demonstrating a deep commitment to stewardship and sustainability for future ministry.
