Children, Youth & Family Leader

The Board of Religious Education (BReD) at Roser Church in Anna Maria, Florida is seeking a Children, Youth & Family Leader for our congregation and church family.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the Sunday morning experience for children ages 0-18.
• Organize and lead a youth group program for youth in grades 6-12.
• Create new faith and fellowship opportunities for children and families as appropriate.
• Coordinate, train and mentor adult members to volunteer with children and youth.
• Organize and participate in VBS held in early June.
• Provide support to all BrED programming.
• Make and receive suggestions from the board for ways to grow and expand children and youth programming and attendance.
• Attend BReD meetings to communicate support and financial needs of the children and youth program to BReD.

This role is a part time (20 hours/week) position with room for potential growth.

Compensation: $20/hour
