Assistant Pastor

We need an experienced and trained pastor to help us reach and disciple more people for God's kingdom. Must have excellent speaking and teaching skills. Must have a good work ethic and be self-motivated. Must have excellent people skills. Must have pastoral experience. Must have the equivalent of a bachelor's degree in theological or pastoral training.

Roles will be adapted to each candidate. We are looking for a man with the potential to eventually step into the lead pastor role. The hiring process will be conversational as both sides seek the Lord's will in connecting the right shepherd to this church and staff.

We are about 20 years old and have grown in every year of our existence (except 2020). We are currently averaging 15% increased attendance in 2025 with about 500 people per week between two services.
