South Harriman Baptist Church (SHBC) is prayerfully seeking a passionate and gifted **Minister of Music & Worship** to lead our congregation in Christ-centered, Spirit-led worship. This is a dynamic opportunity to shape the musical direction of a loving, multi-generational church in the heart of East Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and direct the "praise team and choir" during Sunday morning services.

- Provide vision and oversight for music ministry across all age groups, including children and youth.

- Plan and conduct "seasonal choir performances" and special worship events.

- Collaborate with the pastor and staff to create meaningful, God-honoring worship experiences.

- Mentor and develop young musicians, fostering a love for worship and musical growth.

- Support and enhance worship through audio/visual technology (experience preferred).
