Senior Pastor

Bethsaida Baptist Church, a Southern Baptist congregation in Dublin, Georgia, is prayerfully seeking a full‑time Senior Pastor to serve as the spiritual shepherd of our church family, leading under the lordship of Christ and in accordance with Scripture. The ideal candidate is a man of proven Christlike character who is passionate about expository, doctrinally sound preaching, committed to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000, and gifted in leading a congregation toward gospel‑centered growth, discipleship, and community outreach.

The Senior Pastor will provide Christ‑centered leadership and vision for the church, equipping and working alongside deacons, staff, and ministry leaders as he shepherds the congregation with faithfulness, humility, and a servant’s heart. A master’s degree in divinity or theology and 5+ years of senior pastoral experience in a Southern Baptist church are preferred. Licensed and ordained Southern Baptist ministers are encouraged to apply.
