The First Baptist Church of Greensburg was established in 1841 in Decatur County in Southeastern Indiana. We are located at 209 W Washington St. in Greensburg, Indiana.  We consist of a wide range of people and backgrounds, covering all ages, serving Christ within the community.  We are a progressive city with friendly faces and down-home values.  Our county’s population is approximately 26,700, according to the Greensburg Chamber of Commerce.  Our members have various professions from farmers and manufacturers to lawyers and teachers.  Their occupational skills and talents are a blessing to our church family.

As a downtown church, a majority of our members live within the city and county limits.  We also draw members from neighboring cities within a 20-mile radius.  Our membership is approximately 350 with our Sunday Morning Service averaging 200-250 people.
