Senior Pastor

Florence Baptist Church, located in Forest City, N.C., is a Christ-centered congregation prayerfully seeking a Senior Pastor whom God has called and equipped to lead us into our next season of ministry.

We are seeking an experienced, ordained Baptist minister with at least 10 years of experience as a pastor or in church leadership for this full-time Senior Pastor position. The successful candidate will be a servant leader who demonstrates a clear calling to preach biblical truth with conviction, faithfully shepherd the congregation in love, and promote unity and harmony among our church family. This individual will provide visionary leadership in missions, cultivate a culture of discipleship as a central pillar of our church’s mission, and inspire active engagement in service to our local community.

Candidates who possess a heart for God’s Word, a passion for making disciples, and a vision for reaching the community for Christ are warmly encouraged to apply.
