RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and support the execution of excellent Sunday worship environments.
• Recruit, equip, and care for production staff and volunteer teams.
• Maintain clear communication and alignment between central and campus teams.
• Support the planning and production of Sunday services and special events.
• Manage systems, processes, and resources that support service programming.
• Ensure environments are creative, technically excellent, and distraction- free.
