Director of Music Ministry

Our mission is to gather as God’s family to worship, grow in faith, and support one another with Christ‑centered love.

The Director of Music Ministry will direct choirs, handbells, and instrumental groups coordinating music that enhances worship services and special church events. this role is ideal for someone who loves blending traditional and contemporary sacred music, enjoys working with people of all ages, and is passionate about using music to deepen the worship experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead choir(s), handbells, and instrumental ensembles
• Collaborate with the pastor and worship team to select hymns, choral, and instrumental music
• Conduct regular rehearsals and mentor musicians of varying skill levels
• Plan and provide music for worship services, Advent, Lent and other special occasions
• Oversee music library, instruments, and budget planning
• Coordinate guest musicians, workshops, and special music programs

HOURS: Part-time

Part-time of 20 hours per week, (seasonal flexibility around holidays)

COMPENSATION – Negotiable based on experience

Through worship, study, music, shared meals, and hands‑on ministries, we nurture disciples of all ages and empower our children, youth, and young adults to grow in their walk with Christ.

We are a growing congregation of more than 175 members who range in age from infants to seniors and everything in between. We provide many opportunities for visitors and new members to connect with others such as Sunday school classes, Wednesday night dinners, youth group, a crafter's group, garden group, furniture Friday group, men's and women's Bible studies, chancel choir, bell choir, instrumentalists and ensemble groups.
