NextGen Ministry Leader

At Woodlands Church our NextGen ministry serves kids + teens from ages Birth-12th Grade.

The NextGen Ministry Leader provides spiritual, strategic, and organizational leadership for all NextGen ministries at Woodlands Church, ensuring a unified discipleship pathway that helps kids, teens, volunteers, and families faithfully follow Jesus from birth through high school graduation and beyond.

This role exists to lead and develop a healthy, Christ-centered NextGen staff team while creating environments where the next generation can grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and become lifelong disciples of Jesus. The NextGen Ministry Leader will champion vision, develop leaders, align ministry strategy, and ensure that all NextGen ministries operate with clarity, excellence, and pastoral care.

Woodlands is an Evangelical Free church located in Plover, Wisconsin, serving the greater Central Wisconsin area. We exist to help people faithfully follow Jesus, both locally and globally.

We are the largest church in our area, with attendance averaging 1,400 each Sunday. We are known throughout our region for our strong biblical teaching, vibrant worship and passion for serving our community. Congregants span all generations and are committed, generous and missions minded.

Because we recognize that gathering in Christ-centered community is transformational to our faith, we value both large and small group settings. Sunday is our favorite day of the week, because we get to gather, worship and learn together as a large group! But equally important is connecting people to one-another on a more personal level.
