Praise and Worship Leader

Role Overview: The Praise and Worship Leader will:

• Lead, develop, and shepherd the praise and worship team
• Cultivate a culture of excellence, humility, unity, and spiritual maturity within the worship ministry
• Create Spirit‑led, engaging worship experiences that draw the congregation into deeper encounter with God
• Be proficient with musical instruments and able to contribute actively during worship services, rehearsals, and special events
• Oversee musical arrangements, song selection, transitions, and overall worship flow
• Provide mentorship, accountability, and discipleship to musicians and vocalists
• Maintain a lifestyle of prayer, consecration, and devotion as a worship leader
• Collaborate with pastoral leadership to ensure worship aligns with the prophetic vision of the church
• Recruit, vet, train, and onboard new musicians and vocalists to expand the worship team

Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a born-again believer in Jesus Christ
• Has been baptized in the Holy Ghost with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues
• Demonstrates a servant’s heart and a teachable spirit
• Is passionate about Spirit-led worship and prophetic ministry
• Has experience in leading worship and working with vocalists and musicians
• Is proficient in piano or keyboard and comfortable leading worship instrumentally
• Is committed to building community and growing with the team
• Lives a consecrated lifestyle that reflects integrity, devotion, and spiritual maturity
